An internship at WidasConcepts does not mean making coffee and copying documents. Here, you’ll be integrated after a short and intensive training in internal as well as external projects. Based on this, you can convince us of your skills and ideas.
Jan-Henrik used this opportunity to learn about the tasks and responsibilities of an IT consultant, during his internship.

What are your tasks/responsibilities?
I am currently working on a client project. My area of responsibility here, is to take care of the development of a few subcomponents of the application.
What was your biggest success?
With respect to only my internship: that I could help my colleagues on different topic areas in the development with my knowledge.
How did you come to know of WidasConcepts?
In my search for an internship I initially lacked the orientation, since the field of computer science is vast and one can opt from many different subject areas.  Because of this diversity, our university currently offers counselling for students looking for internships, so they can inform themselves about different companies. This is how I came to know of Widas.
My internship at WidasConcepts…
… Is exciting and challenging. I particularly loved that I could work independently and the way I was teamed up in developing a new software project.

WidasConcepts thanks Jan-Henrik for the great support that he has lent us during his internship. We hope that we could encourage him in his IT pursuit and wish him well in his professional and private future endeavours – and to seeing again soon!
